Leeds United's summer transfer window was a busy one to say the least. Eight new faces came through the door at Thorp Arch while 21 players left the club for pastures new.
Gus Hamer It's fair to say Leeds United got under the skin of Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder following their transfer pursuit of Gus Hamer. Wilder will no doubt be keen to get one over his Yorkshire rivals when they meet later in the season. As for Hamer, he played the full 90 minutes of their 1-0 win over Watford after the transfer window closed.
Roland Sallai Having lost both Crysencio Summerville and Georginio Rutter, the Whites were linked with a move for Roland Sallai to bolster their attacking options. The SC Freiburg winger was on the bench for their clash with Bayern Munich after the transfer window closed. Dejan Ljubicic Whites midfield target Dejan Ljubicic played 90 minutes for Koln in their 3-1 win over Schalke 04. The Austrian had been expected to leave the 2.Bundesliga outfit this summer but will stay with the second tier German side, which still leave the door open for a move to Elland Road.
