They are insane: there is NO climate emergency.
'Fight', must be the most overused word of the present decade. With a chaotic system such as climate, you can either waste your resources mitigating its effects or adapt to them. Carbon zero is an aim and depends on technology not combat.
That would be too little too late. SK does have real limits on how much it can do w/o impacting national security, but this is all the more reason to leverage int’l alliances to enable the sharing of energy production.
There is no such date.

So does Hungary, not worthy to report about the “bad Orbán” plan how Hungary will be Carbon neutral by 2050? Yes, because you only want to make people believe Orbán is “dictator”, well not!!
So they’ve agreed to pay billions in carbon offset taxation and raise consumer energy costs dramatically. Well done South Korea.
