The Von Trapp kids from the hit musical drama The Sound Of Music reunited at an event to honour their co-star Julie Andrew's acclaimed film career.
The five former child stars couldn't wipe the smile from their faces as they attended the event in matching black ensembles, while British icon Julie wore a gorgeous dark blue gown with a dazzling, silver neckline. And while two Von Trapp former child actors have sadly passed away, the rest were able to attend the prestigious ceremony.
Gretl actress Kym Karath wowed in a figure-hugging black dress, while Brigitta actress Angela Cartwright opted for a lovely sheer black dress.Sadly, Charmian Carr, who took on the role of Liesl, passed away in September 2016 at the age of 73.Meanwhile, speaking at the event, AFI President and CEO Bob Gazzale said: "Julie Andrews has sent spirits soaring across generations."
