For the first time in my life I’ve managed to get myself into a routine. I wake up at 7:30am and read while eating porridge with dates and tahini, which sounds weird but is nice and fills me up. Instead of working from bed, I make myself sit on my office chair and limit myself to one tea a day. I work until lunchtime, when I watch one of Sophia and Cinzia’s vlogs where they go to Paris orand talk about how annoying it is to dry hair extensions or discuss the best crisp dips in Whole Foods.
I go to the gym around four because I hate going at peak times when there’s always someone using the machine you want and then you end up paralysed on the gym floor scrolling through Instagram thinking… until you’ve wasted 20 minutes. I go home, and after showering, cover myself in enough creams to turn me slippery and slick as a baby seal. I make a Hello Fresh because it’s quick and easy, even though I’m becoming increasingly convinced that their meals are only ever one of three flavours.
