Michigan school district sued for $100MILLION for 'failing to stop deadly shooting'

The family of Oxford High School students Riley and Bella Franz has filed two $100million lawsuits against the district, alleging failure to stop the fatal attack. Riley, 17, was shot in the neck while next to her sister, Bella, 14, when accused gunman Ethan Crumbley, 15, opened fire on the school. Attorney Geoffrey Fieger filed the suits early Thursday, alleging the 'horror of November 30, 2021 was entirely preventable'.
