Err. Not so much. I'd say UK Gov hindered Scottish response to the Pandemic. 1st National lockdown was driven by Scotland locking down, he had to follow. He's just trying to spin a narrative. He boosted the SNP's case. He failed, he lied, no change there then.

Scotland and Wales were almost COVID free in July and then Boris encouraged everybody to take Summer holidays which resulted in infection rates rising in both countries.
