I’ve only flown with Ryanair once & that was this summer from the UK to Girona. Due to this sort of feedback, I wasn’t looking forward to it BUT both flights were on time and all customer serving staff I encountered were great? And it was really cheap! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
But people still fly with them

I don't want a customer service agent to pretend she wants to blow me every time I fly, I just want to get there either comfortably of cheaply.
Enough people are prepared to be abused and accept a cheap service. You get what you pay for.
But they seem to carry more passengers than major brands in the business!
