At least 18 people are now known to have died in the Russian missile strike which destroyed a shopping centre in the Ukrainian city of Kremenchuk.Ukraine’s president Zelenskyy called it “one of the most daring terrorist attacks in European history,” while Western leaders condemned it as a war crime.
