Russian presidents could be made immune from prosecution under proposed constitutional reforms

A group of lawmakers has proposed making Russian presidents immune for life. Proposal would make Putin safe from prosecution when his term ends in 2024. The package of reforms is seen as a way for Putin to tighten his grip on power.
