Emma Raducanu may have the world at her feet, but the US Open champion has been warned about her on-court conduct.

Even though she overcame Sloane Stephens in the first round of the Australian Open, her opponent stated that ‘she has a lot to learn’.Raducanu impressed against former US Open winner Stephens, but has still got things to improve onon Tuesday, winning 6-0 2-6 6-1, claiming the first set in just 17 minutes.

In her post-match press conference, Stephens appeared to question Raducanu’s on-court behaviour, particularly in the opening exchanges.“Because she is so young it’s definitely a long road, so there’s going to be a lot of ups and downs. I think she, yeah, has just a lot to learn.“I was talking to someone in the locker room and I’m like, ‘We’ll be here when she comes down’.
