People are getting MORE time in bed during lockdown but sleep quality has dropped

Scientists asked people how much sleep people are getting during lockdown. Participants also rated sleep quality before the outbreak of COVID-19 and after. Scientists found sleep is longer and more regular, but quality has declined.
