Prom was nearly spoiled for a group of schoolgirls as their private bus was handed a £50 parking fine.
‘I said we were getting ready for a prom and were just about to go and they said “go now”. I thought he was joking at first.The attendant told the driver to move immediately because he hadn’t parked in a bay He added: ‘It’s been a terrible year and this was a celebration. ‘These kids were all done up in their finery – a positive message at the end of their senior school years and some jobsworth puts a parking ticket on their prom bus.
They did their job, if they didn’t they could be reprimanded. The driver shouldn’t have parked there if it wasn’t allowed.
Were the prom girls driving the bus? No. A professional bus driver that understands parking signs was driving 🤔

So because they want to do whatever the fuck they want, they don’t have to play by the rules?
If only there was a way to split the fine amongst them meaning they'd each only pay £1 each for the illegal park
