The Duke says he was not a friend of Epstein’s. He knew Epstein only because of his friendship with Maxwell. The letter only prevents any disclosures about Epstein‘s friends and associates. Even Royalty can’t have the penny and the bun.
Surely the court only needs to do one thing - Demand that Andrew provides evidence to demonstrate that he is a “potential defendant” 🤷♀️
