President Duterte warns soldiers will be allowed to SHOOT protesters during coronavirus lockdown

President Duterte said today that troops could be ordered to shoot protesters. Leader's grim threat comes after 21 people were arrested yesterday at a rally. Group was demanding food aid and assistance amid the coronavirus outbreak.
