Actually this is disgracefull. Portuguese have to pay to see their GP. Or perhaps Portuguese govt can stop tolls on highways because it's too expensive to use them and side roads get clogged up. Toll roads are for middle classes. UK citizens need insurance. Simples.
PoppyCocktails Kinda staggered by their compassion here to be honest - had to bugger around with hospitals here last year, as I am accident prone, and hadn’t yet registered for healthcare, so knew I’d have to pay. They wouldn’t take my money - smiled, literally tore up the bill in front of me.
