The policing minister has said he would be 'surprised' if people weren\u0027t using illegal drugs on the parliamentary estate, after traces of cocaine were found on multiple toilets and cannabis use reported. Touting his new 10-year drugs strategy to cut down on middle class usage, Kit Malthouse told Sky News: 'There are obviously several thousand people who work on the estate and I would be surprised if there weren\u0027t some lifestyle users of drugs amongst them, I have to say.
