Limiting police search powers could leave children more vulnerable, says former police chief constable'Any strip search, particularly for a young person, is very traumatising.' Former GMP chief constable Sir Peter Fahy tells krishgm strip searches are traumatising but argues if police powers were curtailed it could leave young people more vulnerable. krishgm The guy was just making stuff up, don't invite him on again, was ridiculous and offensive. krishgm What happened to evidence based policing? Where do you stand on that?
