Police chiefs are set to apologise for racism and commit to being 'institutionally anti-racist.' For the first time ever, all the police chiefs in England and Wales have committed to an action plan on race. JackieLongC4 reports.

For the first time ever, all the police chiefs in England and Wales have signed up to an action plan on race – which is due to be published next week.

We speak to Victor Olisa – a retired Chief Superintendent who served as Head of Diversity with the Metropolitan Police – and begin by asking him whether this is a welcome move or won’t go far enough.
