JenniferMcGarty Why should she be any different, I've had more fines than I can remember lol If she was a celebrity she would have got off. No excuses, whether the sign hasnt been reset or not, if it states 20mph you drive 20ph. You was going over the speed limit and saying you didn’t see it because you was looking for road signs, shows you don’t pay attention properly when driving. So the fine is 100% correct

The road was still set to 20mph, her and 400 others didnt adhere to those limits and were fined, presumably thousands others did correctly drive at 20mph on this road? Regardless of whether the speed limit was correct the facts are it was clear So, like, she is going to fight it, right Instant ban, granny!

If you don’t want to drive fast, don’t use the motorway and use other roads. Good to see that most people who have replied to this have actually read the article 🙄🙄 she was done was going too fast, not too slow!

Good very dangerous Yeah but, was the lady doing 42mph in a mobility scooter? I've seen some very questionable 'limited to 8 mph' contraptions of late. 42mph on a motorway should be a illegal 🐌
