One in four disabled people are currently facing redundancy according to Citizens Advice report

Parents, carers, disabled people and those who previously shielded are at least twice as likely to face redundancy as the rest of the working population, according to research., found that one in four disabled people who are in work are currently facing redundancy. This rose to 37% of those who said their disability has a large impact on their day-to-day life.also found that half of those shielding because of extreme vulnerability to the coronavirus are currently at risk of redundancy.

lol i got driven out of a job via constructive dismissal because they wanted to replace me with an able worker that didn't need any adjustments making. People will say 'that's illegal, they can't do that' and yet they did it anyway

That’s cause they do part time work which is the first to get axed.
