What’s even more sickening is that it’s a parent filming and they didn’t intervene!! It’s disgusting!

yeah... I'm seeing this poor defenceless girl being mercilessly beaten by another person and I'm going to stand here and film it rather than drag the damn bitch off her and stop the attack!!! the person filming is just as bad the bully!
