Stay safe people! Talk to someone when needed (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp etc). Listen to music, listen to 9-year-old journalist put something together for the lockdown

We need to have a shut down no exercise or anything like that you go out for food and medicine and that is it exercise can easily be done at home if need be and dog walking only if you can prove u have nowhere else to do it a garden is appropriate now
