Kevin Stitt approves legislation in effect outlawing all terminations with exceptions for rape and incest

The Republican governor of Oklahoma, Kevin Stitt, on Wednesday night signed into law, making his state the first to in effect end all access to the procedure.The law prohibits abortions with exceptions to save the life of a woman or if the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest reported to law enforcement.
