It’s due to the large number of people who have had covid in the last 6 weeks and the perception that it gives extra immunity for 6 months. The poor messaging around this and the constant‘it’s mild’ has reduced the urgency for many to have the 3rd shot

Perhaps Minister Hazzard rushing to the nearest microphone and announcing Omicron was a mild form of Covid we all would get was just bad messaging.

There is a communication & messaging issue since we no longer have regular pressers anymore.

Get booster 1, then what? Booster 2, 3, 4 within 12 months? You'd need to because any modicum of protection only three months. Can't keep taking the stuff forever.

This shit doesn’t work!! Corporate Hoax

Probably shouldn’t have lied through the Delta/Omicron waves then…

That's a meaningless comment from an offensive 'let it rip , blame the victims Minister. Are the 7 in ICU even eligible for boosters?

Who the LNP blaming now? Oh, its the public 🙄

EVERYDAY Dom tells us things are great and we are winning the battle - so people are becoming complacent...

It's ridiculous that he has a job.

Maybe don’t call it a booster, call it a necessary third dose to combat serious illness from Omicron.

What’s ridiculous? The past failed human trials? The less than 10% protection rate, the fact it’s a symptom prevention drug and not a vaccine, or the absolute possibility that he has shares in the 36 billion dollar revenue phizer has made? Ridiculous indeed!

Hazzard is ridiculous.

It's ridiculous that not enough people can access their required RATs as well... I haven't had my booster because I'm not eligible yet (next week). That's because of the whole strollout your Federal counterparts were responsible for made the timelines difficult.

Question does “…seven people in ICU and not one of them has had the booster” actually mean they’ve had the previous 2 shots Pretty sure if the 7 were 100% UNvaccinated he would be shouting it clearly from the rooftops.

Because we do not trust you BradHazzard . You and your party have credibility issues.

'Is that an admission, patients all vaccinated..?
