An institution that by its own data and the fact even BAME police officers are far too frequently stopped and searched is racist. Not every police person is racist but the institution as a system is. CD perpetuates that racism by not listening to her own BAME

Not helpful to whom? When an independent enquiry identifies an organisation as institutionally racist it's up to that organisation to do the work to shed that image and prove otherwise - which the Met hasn't. Until that happens...
