No, lie-ins are not 'lazy'. Why it's time we stopped shaming people for their sleeping patterns.

Chances are if you’ve tried to interrupt my sleep for any or all of these things, you’d know I’d tell you not to bother with your good times and treats. Multiple times, I’ve seriously considered missing morning flights in favour of the sweet heaven that is my bed.

But the sad truth of it is the world is quite simply built for morning people.
