General Election 2019: NHS boss - Parties 'ducked' big issues

Politicians have"ducked" the big issues in health and social care during the election, a leading NHS boss says.

All three parties are promising above-inflation increases to the budget for frontline care. The pledges only apply to England as health and care issues are devolved. "But it's not just about money. Whilst we are pleased that parties are committing to increase staff numbers, it's still not clear how that will actually happen.""The offers from the main parties have varied in scope and ambition, but none has developed a compelling worked-through and credibly funded long-term solution."

Labour are tackling social care issues ..so we can vote for them!

Here’s a story the BBC doesn’t want you to see.

Perhaps. But one thing is certain. With UKLabour or LibDems, improvements can be negotiated. If BorisJohnson & Tories win, NHS will be privatized. ChrisCEOHopson PLEASE look at how conservatives have seek to destroy our healthcare in USA.

No Political Party should be using the NHS as a pawn in their game to win votes!. It’s completely immoral when the NHS is struggling to recruit suitably trained staff as it is!. Simple matter of the fact is Politicians don’t have to deliver front line critical services!?!..🥺

Maybe. But we note how NHS managers are never responsible...it’s always the government

When deciding which political party can be trusted with the NHS, ask the NHS what they think. UKElection UKelection2019

Elections are for people. Most people haven't got a clue what issues are involved. I mean, I don't , as I am not involved in managing the NHS. And that's the funny bit about democracy. Most people vote on things they know nothing about. So, the parties resolve to slogans as most

Well the CONs have a *great* long-term solution for our NHS: give away all our health data to US corporations! 😂🤣 Once that data is out there, we can never get it back. People need to wake up to what the Tories are up to!

Tories* ducked

Woman’s vital cancer treatment delayed over £150k NHS chargeElderly patient from Azerbaijan told to pay upfront despite official guidance on urgent care It’s the National Health Service not the bloody international health service! £150k is the minimum to by a consultant a modest Bentley for the golf club I’m as liberal as they come but wtf! Maybe she should have gone back to Azerbaijan to be treated, where I presume she’s paid taxes? If she was asked for £150k I assume that’s what it would have cost to treat her! Kindness and compassion are one thing, NHS tourism is not ok!
