Chelsea’s latest signing Enzo Fernandez has arrived at the club as a World Cup winner with Argentina.

His impressive performances for the east London side appear to have scoped outside of the country, with Fernandez clearly liking what he sees.during the World Cup, he said: “I try to watch as much football and learn a little bit from everyone.Rice was released from the Chelsea academy at the age of 14 and eventually made the switch to West Ham.
