Commons Leader Jacob Rees-Mogg is pushing for a return to the benches despite the inherent risks surrounding the coronavirus pandemic and social distancing

MPs will return to Westminster today after the Government dropped virtual proceedings, despite concerns shielding politicians will be unable to attend.
