More sheep deaths investigated after 'occult' attacks in New Forest

Police are investigating three more sheep deaths in the New Forest after a number of animal attacks with apparent links to the occult.

The dead animals were found in Wittensford Lane, Cadnam, and Penn Common Road, Bramshaw, between 16 and 20 January.Dead sheep were found Wittensford Lane in CadnamThe animal had been stabbed to death with a cross made of hay and a broken pitchfork placed next to it.A sheep and two cows were also attacked and Satanic symbols painted on the door of St Peter's Church in Bramshaw in November.

A Hampshire police spokesman said:"We are investigating following reports of three sheep deaths in the New Forest.
