SAVING money is something which may well be high on many people's agenda at the moment, as the financial impact of the coronavirus crisis hits those in the UK. What does one savvy shopper recommend?

Saving money is something which one family of four hoped to do by making cuts on their weekly shop.However, the decision was somewhat of a challenge, and they couple decided to seek some tips from others.Taking to Mumsnet in February last year,"mrswhits" explained that the family, who have a two-year-old and an eigh-month-old, had monthly outgoings of £200 purely on their weekly shop - with this expenditure not including cleaning products.

While the Mumsnet user explained that they"kind of" meal plan, they do tend to purchase a lot of meat."My eldest child doesn't even eat here three days a week as she is fed all her meals at nursery, and most days I don't eat lunch," they added.
