Double-jabbed adults and children will not have to quarantine under proposals, say sources

Children will not be expected to isolate if new rules are introduced that could spare double-jabbed travellers quarantine when they return from amber-list countries, government sources say.

I’m confused how people who visit the UK but leave on day 2 fill in the locator form. We’re not there long enough for a day 2 test but need to pay for it so we can complete the forms it seems 🤷🏼‍♀️. All of these articles are for UK residents rather than visitors
