For everyone out here who doesn’t understand legal statements: nowhere states that it ends after those 10 years. At the end of this contract (if Sony agrees) it just gives Microsoft a new bargaining position depending on how the future industry changes as of today.

I assume the ActiBlizz deal is hugely contingent on Sony’s approval of it going through. Although Sony might be shooting themselves by saying no, because if it does go through without them signing these contracts I assume it’s an all bets are off situation.
