Pharmacists to be allowed to give out super-strength medication under emergency measures

Very misleading headline and sensationalised intro ruins an otherwise important and accurate report. Please can you correct this ASAP- JamieGrierson

This is not good reporting & the story is a week old JamieGrierson The headline is misleading, this is only to people who have already been involved in OST treatment so they wont require a NEW prescription.

This headline is very misleading - powers, if granted, will only cover medicines that have previously prescribed and where a genuine emergency exists and a prescription cannot be obtained. Might help dying patients get their pain medication without delay - change of headline?

Yep - look after filthy junkies instead of the genuinely ill !

WHY? It's for chronic pain management and addictive!

Can i get some? For no other reason than im bored? Tired and depressed

“The emergency changes proposed would allow pharmacists to hand out these substances without prescription, although *only to patients who have been receiving the medicine as part of their treatment.*”

Let the Darwinism games begin.

Satan is here

Looks like I picked the wrong week to stop shooting skag.

That is the stupidest, STUPIDEST thing I have heard in my life!
