Owen Carey, 18, suffered a fatal allergic reaction and collapsed in front of the London Eye after dining at the O2 Arena Greenwich branch of restaurant chain Byron in April 2017.
Following this incident and many others over recent years my colleagues and I have published an article in the PMFAJournal. This article focuses on increasing allergy awareness to lower the incidence of reactions, including anaphylaxis.
What a stupid thing to say, EVERYTHING has a potential allergen for someone, every single item would have an ‘A’ next to it. Just don’t be foolish when eating out
