A neighbour called authorities to do a wellness check after the actor hadn't been seen or heard from in a few days. The actor was then found dead in his kitchen, police confirmed to TMZ. The outcome of that has been to determine that had DI Corbel still been a serving officer, he would have been immediately dismissed without notice. Police suspect no foul play and he most likely died of natural causes. He was born in Knoxvillle Tennessee in 1951. Former counter-terrorism officer Neil Corbel (Met Police/PA) / PA Wire Corbel’s sentencing hearing was told how he was caught out by a model in November 2019, when she noticed a suspicious clock in the room and then discovered it was a hidden camera when she searched the brand name online. Morgan had many guest spots across television. To combat their creeping ennui, our two amigos decide to go on a quest: to track down the (fictional) 90s softcore VHS porn star called Laura Durand with whom they had both become mildly obsessed, because she vanished from the business 20 years ago, becoming the Greta Garbo of Europe’s adult entertainment scene.

Aside from playing Nick Diamond in Melrose Place he had also starred in the show Fame where he played the teacher David Reardon for two seasons. He was prosecuted for offences against 16 models and three sex workers, who all said they had not consented to the videos being made. He also appeared on the historical drama The Waltons, as well as their three reunion movies, as Paul Northridge. The Tennessee-native's other guest appearances include Murder, She Wrote and One Day at a Time. “How much of an impact his actions have had on me. His final TV appearance came in 1999 as he acted in Walker, Texas Ranger. He worked alongside a host of huge names throughout his career, including Heather Locklear and Chuck Norris. “I can’t check every object in the room in which the shoot takes place to see if it is recording”, she said. In the Strange Pursuit of Laura Durand is released on 31 January on digital platforms.

During the 1990s, Morgan was at the centre of an alleged police brutality incident after being arrested him for an alleged DUI. He was waiting in a jail cell for an hour and half when he refused to give back a shirt that he was handed.” She added: “The fact the defendant is a police officer has shocked and scared me. Two police officers then allegedly kicked and beat him several times. Following the ordeal he suffered a broken nose, a fractured cheek, a dislocated jaw and nerve damage.” Other victims mentioned the murder of Sarah Everard at the hands of a Met Police officer, saying finding out they had been targeted by Corbel was “scary”. He sued and an out-of-court settlement was reached.

Following the news of his death, fans took to social media to share messages of condolence. “If we can’t turn to the police to protect us, what are we supposed to do?” Edward Henry QC, representing Corbel, said the police officer had served for 13 years and helped to bring terrorists to justice, adding that his crimes “went against his deepest values to serve and help others”. One user said: "RIP Morgan" Another commented: "Time flies. Damn I had a huge crush on him.” Mr Henry added that Corbel co-operated with the police investigation while offering up incriminating evidence, and he accepts the victims’ “fury because of their feelings of being abused, humiliated, taken advantage of, and disrespected”.
