Martin Lewis has warned anyone planning on taking their mobile phone on holiday to watch out for extra charges sneaking on to their bills.
Yorkshire Live reports that some holidaymakers have been slapped with an entire day's worth of data charges despite only being online for six minutes. Martin said this was a "real problem" as it's not always clear how long you've actually bought data for. "That is why you need to be aware that there is no definition of what a day is. The fairest would of course be 24 hours from first use. Three and O2 do that."
