Jack Hurn, 26, from Redditch, died after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine. The graduate was given out-of-date information about risks, an inquest heard.

Area coroner for Birmingham, Emma Brown, ruled 'Jack was not given all of the information to make an informed choice'. Mr Hurn's 'devastated' family are set to take legal action following his death
