A man has been charged with the murder of his 89-year-old grandmother in south London, the Met Police said.Manoharan is due to appear in custody at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Thursday.The Metropolitan Police said a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.
Enquiries are continuing to establish the full circumstances of what happened, but nobody else is being sought in connection with her death at this stage.
