Alexander Rawson, 63, used a crutch to attack ‘kind and caring’ 93-year-old grandmother Eileen Dean at Fieldside Care Home in Catford, south-east London on January 3. Just days had passed after he moved into Fieldside in late December that year before he launched the vicious attack.
