A man is facing trial after being accused of slapping a female traffic warden’s bottom.
Adam Crisp, 29, is accused of sexually assaulting the woman in Worcester city centre, West Midlands, on August 20, 2019.On Thursday he appeared before Worcester Magistrates Court where he pleaded not guilty to the charge. JPs accepted jurisdiction for the case and the defendant was given the choice of where he wanted the trial heard – in the magistrates or crown court.
