He’s lost this case because freedom of expression/speech is exactly that / if you don’t like something then debate it or make fun back - it doesn’t give you the authority to kill - a debate about free speech is what he needs to hear
Actually it does otherwise it’s not free speech it’s approved speech and that needs no protection. As soon as u start to limit what people can say that is the slippery slope to authoritarian and fascism.
