Zahawi is either looking to the priorities determined by an expert committee or he is redefining priorities as he goes along. He can’t do both and expressing his priorities undermines the committee.

Zahawi says ‘need to get vaccine into the arms of the most vulnerable first’. In which case why are over 80s in some areas still waiting while over 70s being offered it in others? Postcode lottery. Very poor distribution.
