The government's EU Withdrawal Agreement Bill has just been presented to the House of CommonsThe SNP have tabled an amendment to the government's yet-to-be-published Withdrawal Agreement Bill, seeking to block the legislation.

The government have tabled an unusually quick timetable for the WAB, as they race to meet the 31 October Brexit deadline. Labour's shadow leader of the House of Commons, Valerie Vaz, accuses the government of trying to"force through a flawed Brexit deal which seels out people's jobs, rights and our communities".Leader of the House of Commons, Jacob Rees-Mogg, reveals the government's planned timetable for the Withdrawal Agreement Bill , which aims to put the PM's Brexit deal into UK law.On Wednesday, the WAB will continue its progress in the Commons.

Boris Johnson's spokesman says he is"disappointed" at the Speaker's ruling not to allow a meaningful vote this afternoon, saying parliament has been denied the chance to deliver on the will of the British people. He notes how Bercow has previously argued he is"not in the business of invoking precedent" otherwise nothing would change.
