I work in residential care for children. Children are removed from dysfunctional parents most without father's love & care. Many fathers have no interest in their children so no attachments. Everyone else in society gets blamed!! Love & care does not mean poverty.

This is so true! Many young men offenders I come across in work are from single mother households. Absent fathers, revolving door of boyfriends, domestic abuse going on sometimes. Home is not a place they want to be so find what they want in gangs!
