Jerry Lindell surprised wife of 63 years Beverly for her 84th birthday after completing coronavirus quarantine quarantine and surprised her for her 84th birthday. Beverly Lindell was greeted unexpectedly by husband Jerry at their home in Litchfield, Minnesota, last Thursday, prompting her to cry out with shock and exclaim: ‘I cant hug you!.’

I can hug you,’ before embracing her after the longest period they’d spent apart for their entire marriage. Jerry checked in to Meeker Manor nursing home earlier this year for rehab treatment after a hospital stay.
Beverly had faithfully taken the bus to visit him every day, until the home was shut to visitors to try and stop the spread of Covid-19, which can be particularly dangerous for older people. Happily, Jerry completed his treatment without developing the virus, and has been able to return home to Beverly, who is thrilled to have him back.
