Joe Wicks continues to grow fitness empire as he earned £115,000 PER WEEK last year

Joe's wealth comes from his hugely successful social media following, his fitness app, his Lean In 15 recipe books and Gusto meal kits.

The Body Coach recently took to Instagram to post before and after pictures of his incredible new look. Training six days a week at 6am and going to bed at 9.30pm, the star lifted progressively heavier weights. 'I spend too long sitting up on my phone working, watching late night TV or playing Call of Duty with my mates online until midnight.

'What I've realised more than ever is that sleep is the foundation that everything stands on. When I sleep better and consistently I wake up with more energy to train harder.
