Jesy Nelson starved herself for FOUR days after cruel trolls called her fat

Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson has bravely opened up about the terrible trolling she suffered when her mega-popular girlband first started out.

"If I did eat, I hated myself, I’d punish myself and make sure I didn’t eat for four days. It was horrible, a vicious circle." The brave pop star revealed the comments "consumed" her entire life until she finally ditched social media so that she wasn't reading them anymore. Jesy – who has been praised by her boyfriend Chris Hughes for speaking out on her experiences – said she “felt that I physically couldn’t tolerate the pain any more”.
