It's an Eton Mess, alright! Jamie Oliver holds small protest outside Downing Street at Government's obesity strategy U-turn

Jamie Oliver brought a group of people and Eton Mess to Downing Street having invited millions on Twitter. He was waving around the large vessel of meringue, strawberries and whipped cream outside No 10.

The chef was protesting after a proposed ban on junk food deals was shelved - but he has been criticised. Boris Johnson has said it would make food more expensive - not less - and Government will delay changes. He said: 'If people can save on their food bills with some offers then I think we've just got to be flexible'
