Their removal was declared unlawful because they couldn't use their mobile to get legal advice. They will get that advice and will then be deported. That's why they are still in custody.

Don't do the crime, etc etc

Is the Independent suggesting that these criminals be let loose on society? Also, the assertion from the picture that they are all good wholesome family men is a little disingenuous don't you think?

If the ruling was just or not, reason will always prevail.
